The petitioner/A7, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(b), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act and Section 123 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.648 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the accused person had been arrested. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the accused person had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
