This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband had taken vehicle loan from a bank and it is alleged by the petitioner that the officers of the bank are harassing her husband for repayment of the loan. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.08.2015 to the Commissioner of Police requesting that her husband should not be harassed. In the considered opinion of this Court, a mandamus to the Commissioner of police to dispose of such a representation cannot be issued as there is no statutory duty on the Commissioner of Police to dispose of the representation of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
