This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Mr.M.Liyagatali, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate for 1st respondent are present through the office before this Court. Terms of Settlement The prayer in the petition is to afford an opportunity to the petitioner namely Navaneethan, to write the Government examination and for further orders.
2.Heard Mrs.Kiruthiga, Superintendent, Commissioner of Labour, Chennai, representing on the side of the first respondent.
3. A counter has been filed on 18.04.2022. Subsequent to the filing of the counter, it is seen that the petitioner had written the concerned examination and passed. Subsequently, by order, he has been directed to be posted as Junior Assistant from forenoon of 03.04.2023.
4. In view of the order, the requirement of the petitioner stands satisfied. Recording the order and treating it as part of this order, this Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
