The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to furnish the mark sheet pertaining to the petitioner.

2. It appears that in pursuant to the complaint made against the fourth respondent, the entire documents, including the certificates of the petitioner have been taken into custody by the second respondent. Therefore, the second respondent cannot deny the furnishing of original documents of the petitioner.

3. Thus, on the petitioner approaching the second respondent, the said authority is directed to furnish all the original educational and other certificates of the petitioner by keeping the xerox copies of the same on their file.
