This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 08.02.2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that the complaint reveals only civil transaction and therefore, it was closed.

3. Reading of the complaint, in my opinion, reveals only civil transaction and criminal colour is given. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
