The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
