Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned order dated 26.07.2021 in Na.Ka.No.3052/2020/A1, rejecting renewal of the petitioner trust's application pertaining to the building licence with reference to the property at Survey No.46/3, Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue building licence to the petitioner's trust.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned order dated 26.07.2021 in Na.Ka.No.3052/2020/A1, rejecting renewal of the petitioner trust's application pertaining to the building https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

licence with reference to the property at Survey No.46/3, Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue building licence to the petitioner's trust.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner has instructed me to withdraw the present Writ Petition. In view of the instruction of the petitioner, I may be permitted to withdraw the petition and a letter has been submitted to that effect before this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
