O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner in connection with Crime No.88 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that admittedly a case has been registered against the petitioner/A1 and other two accused in Crime No.88 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 384, 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. In the very same Crime Number, the Look Out Circular issued against the second and third accused in Suspect Nos.2149218 to 2149218 and 2149217 to 2149217 respectively, by the Bureau of Immigration (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India on 18.11.2021 have been
quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.24658 and 25318 of 2021 by order dated 23.12.2021. Hence, he would seek for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the respondents shall take into consideration of the above judgements passed by this Court and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
