ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.10.2020 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1169 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 25 Kg. 500 gms of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances and the contraband is a commercial quantity. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very offence and earlier application was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
