Bakiyammal v. V. Anbarasan
C.M.P.No.11018 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.64734 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order in M.C.O.P.No.983 of 2019, dated 06.07.2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court for Motor Accident Claim cases, Krishnagiri.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent 2.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent 2 has no objection for this petition being allowed.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.64734 of 2022 is condoned.
5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam as learned counsel for the 2nd respondent when the same is listed for admission.
