(Crime No.787 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition (d) the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Salem and report before the Salem town police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.13440 of 2020 order dated 01.09.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13440 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Salem town police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13440 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
