When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the petitioner has handed over the physical possession of the subject property to the respondent and that the matter has been settled and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
