O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.432 of 2021 on the file of the respondent registered as against the petitioner for the offences under sections 174 of Cr.P.C. which is subsequently altered to Section 306 of IPC.

2. The crux of the allegation in the First information Report is that the petitioner had illicit relationship with the victim / deceased women namely Durgadevi and further due to loggerheads between them, the victim had committed suicide.

3. The learned counsel for the appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the offences as alleged in the suicide note of the victim and he also produced a copy of the alleged suicide note. This Court is unable to understand how the suicide note came into the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner is expressing his difficulty as to how the he got the suicide note. Be that as it may, on perusal of the so-called suicide note, it indicates that the deceased had implicated some persons for her suicide.

4. In such view of the matter, the same requires thorough investigation and at this stage, the impugned First Information Report cannot be quashed.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
