This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para (b) in Crl.O.P.No.22842 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.1329 of 2021, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi.

4. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
