This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.9240 of 2024 dated 16.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the charge sheet is filed and petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
