2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by one Ramalingam, petitioner was called for enquiry.
3.Considering the nature of allegation made in the complaint, which appears to be civil in nature, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint.
