Seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission for the Navarathiri Festival and cultural programme to be held on 22.10.2015 at Sri Karumari Amman Koil, B.N.Palayam, Madurapudur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is no objection permitting the petitioner to do so.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to give appropriate permission to the petitioner for the Navarathiri Festival and cultural programme to be held on 22.10.2015 at Sri Karumari Amman Koil, B.N.Palayam, Madurapudur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District, subject to the conditions that can be imposed. No costs.
