ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.03.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the rectification of error that has crept in the patta that was issued in favour of the 4 th respondent with respect to the extent of property, wherein, the extent of property has been mentioned as 6.5 cents instead of 6 cents.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that some time is required to carry out the corrections, since the file has to be placed before the Director of Survey and Settlement and only after obtaining the report, necessary corrections can be made by the 3 rd respondent.

3/5 3.Considering the materials placed before this Court and taking into account the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to complete the process, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
