C.M.P.Nos.11064, 11067 and 11069 of 2022 in S.A.No.2213 of 2003 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 2657 days in filing the petition to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Ravanan. ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Ravanan.

iii. To bring on record the LRs of the deceased 1st respondent as amended in C.M.P.No.15055 of 2022 in C.M.P.No.11064 of 2022 in S.A.No.2213 of 2003 by order of this Court dated 13.12.2022.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the matter on 07.03.2023.
