O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 30.08.2013 to permit him to conduct the repair work of the temple compound wall and to perform the Kumbabhishekam of Arulmighu Subramaniaswamy Temple, situated at Kondapuram Village, Arakonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that nothing survives in this matter. At the same time, he fairly submitted that the Authorities would dispose of the representation dated 30.08.2013, if not disposed of earlier.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation dated 30.08.2013, submitted by the petitioner, if not already disposed of. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
