ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pursuant to Crime No.8 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and consequently, quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.8 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, as early as on 9.1.2013 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.8 of 2012, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
