ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to appoint M/s.Ramesh Subramanian and Co., Chartered Accountants, to audit the accounts of Pachaiyappa's Charities (21 Accounts) for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26 at the remuneration of Rs.31,500/- per year. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the applicant made the following endorsement:

"The applicant submits that this application is mould for only financial years of 2024-2025 only".

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judge's Summons, it had been stated that once every three years, the accounts of the Trust have to be audited and orders are obtained from the Court for appointment of the Auditor.

4. It is stated that even earlier, similar order had been granted by the Court for the Auditor to audit the accounts of the Trust. However, this year, they now seek permission to appoint M/s.Ramesh Subramanian and Co., Chartered Accountants, to audit the accounts.

5. The application stands allowed, restricting the audit for the Financial Year 2024-25 and the remuneration of the Auditor is determined at Rs.31,500/-.
