Claiming to be the tenant, the petitioner made an application on 11.02.2011. Though the said proceedings pursuant to the application is pending in proceedings No.B1-1253/2011, no further progress has been made as seen from the particulars furnished under the RTI dated 01.04.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner made another representation dated 11.07.2015, followed by the present Writ Petition.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to conclude the proceedings No.B1-1253/2011 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
