With the grievance that respondents No.2 and 3 are interfering with his possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.235/3 in Patta No.1033 measuring acre 5.10 cents in Sichuruganapalli, Krishnagiri District.

said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. This is a private dispute in which the 1st respondent has got no say. If it is the grievance of the petitioner that respondents No.2 and 3 are interfering with the petitioner's possession based upon title or otherwise, he has to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the jurisdictional Civil Court. No costs.
