In view of the demise of the appellant, the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.11175, 11182 and 11179 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 861 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant; and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the delay of 861 days is condoned and abatement caused due to the death of the appellant is set aside and legal heirs of the deceased appellant are brought on record as appellants in the second appeal. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
