ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.03.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 34, 414 r/w 454 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.183 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that the trial Court had issued NBW against the petitioner for non-appearance, but on the day, he was in the jail for another case and the Jail authorities have not taken him to the trial Court. He further submits that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation and also he did not receive any summons from the Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are 10 previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender and the petitioner failed to appear before the trial Court and as a result, Non Bailable Warrant was issued and executed. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.Considering the fact that there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
