This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 955 days in representing the Cross Objection in Cross Objection SR.132233 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the 1st respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. It is made clear that the petitioners are not entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.

4.Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection if it is otherwise in order and list the matter along with C.M.A.No.2330 of 2019 on 19.07.2022.
