This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the Final Report in Crime No.02/AC/2022 culminating in Charge sheet No. 02/2025 dated 22-01-2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Court, Namakkal insofar as the petitioner is concerned 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
