[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to the work out his remedy under Right to Information Act as to the fate of his representation dated 08.03.2017 and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
