Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provisionally appoint the petitioner as Civil Judge, Junior Division in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Department based on the selection order dated 15.06.2015 issued by the second respondent, pending scrutiny of the genuineness of his community certificate by the State Level Committee within a time-frame.

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking appropriate relief and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"I am be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition seeking appropriate relief."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
