Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C. PARAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.06.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
