Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for having violated the orders 1/4

of this Court in WP.No.22157 of 2022 on the file of this Court dated 26.04.2024.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for having violated the orders of this Court in WP.No.22157 of 2022 on the file of this Court dated 26.04.2024, thereby the respondents had been directed to pass orders on the fresh representation to be submitted by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents produced before this Court the letter dated 18.09.2025 of the first respondent, thereby the request of the petitioner has been rejected and 2/4

submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 26.04.2024 passed in WP.No.22157 of 2022 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 18.09.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 18.09.2025, this contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the said letter, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
