O R D E R

The petitioners made a complaint on 24.02.2015 alleging that the patta with respect to 1.15 acres of land in Survey No.279/1 situated in Kaavanur Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District has been clandestinely changed in favour of the private respondents. On the said complaint made by the petitioners, the respondent no.1 has called the petitioners and the private respondents in and by the proceedings dated 06.07.2015. Seeking early disposal of the said enquiry, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the complaint dated 24.02.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioners as well as to the private respondents.
