ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 02.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.15406 of 2015. The said order dated 02.06.2015 was also confirmed in W.A.No.2121 of 2019 as early as on 25.08.2023. In view of the same, this Court issued statutory notice for the appearance of the respondents/contemnors.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate placed before this Court a copy of the order issued in G.O.(1D).No.107 School Education (S.E.4(1)) Department dated 01.08.2025 purported to be in compliance with the order passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same. 3.

In view of the same, this Court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondents and accordingly, the respondents are discharged and the contempt petition is closed. 06.08.2025 dpa Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No 2/3
