ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner of Customs dated 04.09.2025 was placed before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this order is not in compliance with the directions issued by this Court at Paragraph 4 of the order.

In the considered view of this Court, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this contempt petition pending. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs dated 04.09.2025 in the manner known to law.
