Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2015 and 15.06.2017 and to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner.

Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider her representations dated 16.10.2015 and 15.06.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for execution of a sale deed in her favour.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that her request was not considered by the respondents so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.10.2015 and 15.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
