Crl.M.P.No.8041 of 2024 has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate Court No.I instead of Judicial Magistrate (Special Court, Land Grabbing) at Thiruvallur in the order of this Court dated 25.04.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.6701 of and Crl.M.P.No.8042 of 2024 is filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with the order dated 25.04.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.6701 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.6701 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy. Two further weeks is granted in executing the sureties.
