This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to re-evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner in Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test for PG Courses, July, 2021 Sessions bearing Registration ID:P6161389162 and bearing Roll No.9519838.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, after completion of MBBS Course, the petitioner applied for Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test INI-CET for PG Courses, July, 2021 Sessions bearing Registration ID:P6161389162 and bearing Roll No.9519838 and he also appeared in the examination conducted on 22.07.2021. According to the petitioner, he did his examination very well to his satisfaction and he was expecting more than 90%. While so, to his shock and surprise, he came to know after the results that he secured only 37.367%. Therefore, the 2/5
petitioner having been frustrated by the results, he intended to re-evaluate his answer sheet once again as he was expecting more than 90%. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents placed on record.

Though very many contentions have been advanced by the learned counsel on either side, since the issue is already seized off by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP.Nos.48213 of 2018 and 14520 of 2021, no further order needs to be passed in the present case in hand and the petitioner has to necessarily await the outcome of the above SLPs.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, subject to the outcome of the above SLPs. 3/5
6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
