This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondent of the order of this Court dated 06.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.39207 of 2024.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.No.39207 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 has been complied with and he has produced before the Court the proceedings of the respondent in W.P.No.39207 of 2024.
