PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.5360/SCS1 (2)/2016 dated 31.10.2016, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue necessary orders for transfer of the petitioners ward Ms.S.Madhuri from Madha Dental College and Hospital to the 5th respondent College or any other College where seats in M.B.B.S. Course are available.
