The petitioner seeks to direct the 1st respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 to 10 herein, after registering the case based on the petitioners complaint assigned in CSR No.33 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of 2015 dated 29.01.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The allegation made in the complaint do not disclose any criminal offence and it discloses only the transaction civil in nature. Hence the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy through the Civil Court.
With the above observation, this Criminal original petition is disposed of.
