ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 06.06.2025, the contemnors appeared before this Court. Each of the contemnor has filed an individual affidavit.

2. Learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the Inspector of Police, Mohanur Police Station, Namakkal District, and also the Additional Superintendent of Police, Namakkal, submitted that a complaint was given by the petitioner and based on the same, it was taken on file in CSR No. 134 of 2025. The contemnors were called for an enquiry and gave an undertaking that they would not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the property. Recording the same, the CSR was closed.

3. Considering the stand taken in the affidavits filed by the contemnors and also considering the undertaking given by them that they would not violate the order of status quo granted by this Court, the same is recorded, and this

contempt petition is closed. No costs. It is left open to the contemnors/respondents to take their independent stand in the pending writ petition.
