Arb.A.No.133 of 2022 Arb.A.No.133 of 2022 in A.No.7093 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application is filed to raise the order of attachment dated 31.10.2019 made in A.No.7093 of 2019 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the District and Session Judge, Boudh, Orissa and communicated to SRO Tehsil-Kantamal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the entire amount has been paid and the matter got settled between the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and as the entire loan amount has been settled by the respondent, this Court is of the view that the attachment is liable to be raised.
