Heard Mr. R.Shanmugam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Ms. Sriprada Prabhakar, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the First Respondent for considering his application dated 16.03.2021 made under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, within a time limit that may be fixed by the Court.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after examining that representation made by the Petitioner, the First Respondent by Proceedings in in Pa. Mu. 4085/2021/A1 dated 13.09.2021 has passed final order and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum 2/4

in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
