ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the control of the 1st respondent for further investigation by the 4th respondent and to file final report in a time bound period.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.1 of 2013 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.3 of 2013 was also served to the petitioner on 15.06.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
