Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action and make changes in the revenue records in respect of petitioner's property in S.F.no.552/1 Chithravuthanapalayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016 1/4

and 21.10.2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action and make changes in the revenue records in respect of petitioner property in S.f.no.552/1 Chithravuthanapalayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016 and 21.10.2016.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a widow and her occupation is agriculture. The petitioner made a application to the 4th Respondent for allotment of lands under Tamilnadu Land Reforms ( Disposal of Surplus Land) rules, 1965. Pursuant to which the 4th respondent allotted 2 acres of land in S.F.No.552/1 on 23.03.2006 by way of proceedings in N.Ka.M.R.4/569/17.70/E1. But the same was not reflected in the revenue records, hence the petitioner made representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 2/4

30.04.2016 and 21.10.2016 . Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner it would be suffice if this Court issued a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016 and 21.10.2016 and pass orders within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 30.04.2016 and 21.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
