Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall report before North police station, Tiruppur daily at 10.30.a.m instead of petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m in the above Crl.O.P No.13923/2022 dated 16.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.M.SIDDARTHA RAMARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13923 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the North Police Station, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m., till 10.07.2022 and thereafter as and when required. -sd/- 30/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
