O R D E R

This revision challenges the order of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, passed in O.S.No.64 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the petitioner/first

defendant, a senior citizen, aged 62, seeks direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2014 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, an action wherein, the respondents sought relief of permanent injunction.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings reveals that much delay has been occasioned in the conduct of proceedings before the Court below and the application filed for interim injunction, moved along with the action, is still pending. On consideration of the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, this Court directs the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
