(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 17.9.2012 made in W.P.No.36141 of 2003.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought to withdraw this writ appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is also dismissed.
