ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to release the JCB vehicle bearing registration No.TN-24-AB-3264 to the petitioner's custody. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police have already produced the vehicle before the Court in Crime No.239 of 2019, which was registered for an offence under Sections 406, 409 and 468 of IPC.

2. In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for return of vehicle and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
